A purchase is confirmed once payment is received in full or a bespoke commission agreement is signed. We accept major credit cards, secure transfers, and concierge-assisted transactions. K-Rush reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not pass our verification procedures.
Custom pieces require detailed consultations, material confirmation, and milestone approvals. Lead times vary based on complexity. Bespoke orders are non-refundable once craftsmanship begins, given the tailored nature of each creation.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days in original condition for an exchange or boutique credit. We provide lifetime maintenance and complimentary inspections. Repairs stemming from everyday wear may incur a service fee after the warranty period.
All designs, imagery, and written content on K-Rush platforms are the exclusive property of K-Rush and may not be reproduced without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
